The two houses which belonged to Aih bin Hori (85) and Samid bin Dasrun (76) collapsed after the strong wind hit the subdistrict and a big tree fell on the houses. Nobody was hurt in the disaster because the house owners managed to leave their homes before it got worse.
Many of the villagers had abandoned their homes and stayed with their relatives in safer places.
According to some of the villagers, the whirlwind and heavy rain lasted for three hours. (*)
