"After exanining the picture, I can confirm that it is genuine, not fabricated," Roy Suryo said here Thursday.
Ray said with due apologies to Angelina, he needed to give his opinion on the photo as many people had asked for his help to examine the picture`s authenticity, and he could not refuse.
He said the photo with Angelina and a BB in her hand that has been carried by many newspapers was taken on Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at 14.30 West Indonesia time.
It was made in the Gedung Nusantara I of the House of Representatives in south Jakarta with a Digital Single Lens Reflex (DSLR) Nikkon camera of the type D40.
Earlier, at a Corruption Court session to hear former Democrat Party treasurer M Nazaruddin`s case, Angelina, in her testimony, denied she had used a BB in communicating with Mindo Rosalina Manulang alias Rosa in 2009.
She said she had always used a cellular phone in her communication with Rosa and only began using a BB in early 2010.
Meanwhile, Nazaruddin`s lawyer, Hotman Paris Hutapea, had said Angelina had lied in court because she did use a BB when she had somehing to say to Rosa. (*)
