"I am not summoned, but I want to make clear everything as clear as possible."
Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Leading Indonesian woman business tycoon Siti Hartati Cakra Murdaya was facing another round of questioning here today by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) over corruption cases involving her companies .

Hartati`s oil palm plantation companies PT Hardaya Inti Plantation (HIP) and PT Citra Cakra Murdaya (CCM) were charged with bribing Amran Batalipu, the regent of Buol .

Amran is already named suspect in the case and put in detention on allegation of taking bribe to issue land use permit for the plantation compoanies in Buiol, Central Sulawesi.

"I am not summoned, but I want to make clear everything as clear as possible," Murdaya told reported before entering the KPK building this morning

I have something I had not given in the previous investigations," she added.

She said she was bringing evidence to back up her claim she had nothing to do with the fund flowing to the account of Amran Batalipu before the election that won by the regent in June 2012.

Hartati, a leading member of President Susilo Yudhoyono`s ruling Democratic Party , already suffered a 12-hour interrogation by KPK investigators last weekend .

She said she had taped conversation in which she refused Amran`s request for Rp3 billion.

Meanwhile, Murdaya`s lawyer Patra M Zein said the case against HIP director Gondo Sudjono, and CCM manager Yani Anshori were not bribery cases, but they are cases of extortion by Amran with Gondo and Yani the victims.

Patra said Yani and Gondo were forced to bow to pressure by Amran.

KPK already held in detention Gondo Sudjono and Yani Anshori arrested by KPK officers late June with Amran Batalipu following early this month.

Murdaya and a number of other officials of of her companies are banned from leaving the country.
