"The MA ruling is final and no other legal avenues would be taken to contest it," he said at his office here on Wednesday.
He said he still had yet to discuss with his lawyer the best way to respond the MA ruling.
He said he had not decided what he would do next as he had not yet received the copy of the decision yet. "I will discuss it with my lawyer," he said, adding he would follow the existing mechanism.
Aceng who was elected as the district head in 2009 said he was ready if he had to resign from the post.
"I am ready whether I would be impeached or the recommendation would be revoked," he said.
The district legislative assembly has produced a recommendation for his dismissal for violating the law on regional administration and the marriage law.
The Supreme Court received the recommendation on December 21, 2012 and had now approved it.
