NEC Corporation and PT NEC Indonesia announced today their participation in the South East Asia Retail Expansion Summit 2014, "Trends and Strategies in Retail Expansion," organized by Noppen from 22 - 23 January 2014, held at the Intercontinental Jakarta Midplaza.
During the event, Mr. Kenji Inoue, Senior Product Manager, NEC Retail Business Support Center (RBSC), will conduct a presentation on "Key Solutions to Overcoming Operational Challenges." The presentation aims to highlight NEC's retail business capabilities and solutions that may help overcome the obstacles of today's retail expansion landscape.
The Retail Business Support Center (RBSC) was established March 2013 in Malaysia. NEC seeks to standardize retail solutions to promote its expertise in system planning, development, operation and maintenance on a global scale through the RBSC. The RBSC also facilitates the formulation of regional strategy and supports sales, technological issues and human resource development, while working in cooperation with NEC's Southeast Asian affiliates, including those in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand, in order to expand NEC's services throughout a wide range of retail businesses.
