Jakarta (ANTARA) - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) was present at the Istiqlal Mosque on Friday to witness the clean-up process through the use of disinfectant solution to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).

A total of 15 people comprising those from Indonesia's Red Cross (PMI) as well as military and police officers conducted the disinfectant spray activity.

Jokowi was accompanied by Minister of Religious Affairs Fachrul Razi, Minister of Health Terawan Agus Putranto, Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Basuki Hadimuljono, Minister of State Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir, and Grant Imam of the Istiqlal Mosque Nazaruddin Umar.
