The KPK prosecutor said Yasin had wanted the district to obtain an unqualified opinion for its financial report for the 2021 budget year, just like it did the previous year. According to BPK auditors, the 2021 financial report was very bad and had the potential to receive a disclaimer opinion.
"Unqualified opinion is one of the requirements that the Bogor district administration must fulfill to receive regional incentive funds from the state budget," he explained.
