Each food package served in the MBG program consists of rice, chicken stew, stir-fried tempeh, banana, and cucumber.
"This free nutritious food menu for pregnant women contains important nutrients for the first 1,000 days of (a baby's) life in an effort to prevent stunting and improve fetal health," Kalideres Village Head Ian Imanuddin said.
The distribution of free nutritious food packages is carried out through coordinators in each smaller neighborhood unit.

"I ensure that the distribution of these free nutritious food packages is right on target for pregnant women," he remarked.
This activity is expected to improve the quality of health of pregnant women and their fetuses in order to enhance the quality of human resources and support the government's Golden Indonesia 2045 program.
Vyka Lokasari, 25, a pregnant resident of Kalideres Village, expressed hope that the program will continue.
"This program is very helpful in fulfilling the nutritional needs of pregnant women and preventing stunting. We, pregnant women, do not need to prepare the meals ourselves, and it is free. Hopefully, this program can continue," she remarked.
