The requirement currently applies to travelers arriving at Soekarno-Hatta Airport in Banten, Juanda Airport in East Java, I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali, and Batam Port in the Riau Islands. A trial expansion to all airports, airlines, and international ports will follow.
Acting Immigration Director General Yuldi Yusman said the app streamlines immigration, customs, health, and quarantine declarations into a single digital form. Passengers can complete the process free of charge up to three days before arrival.
"With the application, the arrival process is not only shorter and safer, but also more user-friendly for all passengers, including the elderly, children, and people with disabilities," Yusman said.
The app also integrates electronic customs declarations (e-CD), enables health screening for infectious diseases, and allows reporting of animals, fish, and derivative products to support quarantine monitoring and food security.
Yusman urged both foreign visitors and returning Indonesians to use the application, which can be accessed via allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or downloaded from the Google Play Store and App Store.
"The application is not only about convenience, but also about protecting our country. Every piece of data provided helps ensure the security, health, and integrity of our borders," he said.
