The ministry has included participants in its 2025 Leadership Training and Organizational Induction Program, held in Jakarta from September 2 to 9, said I Nyoman Radiarta, head of the ministry’s Human Resources Development Agency, on Sunday.
The initiative is part of KKP’s Management Trainee Program, launched following the debut of its Corporate University (Corpu) on September 3 by Minister Sakti Wahyu Trenggono.
“These programs are key components of our learning ecosystem. Leadership training and induction are not just formalities. They form the foundation for building civil servants who are professional, innovative, and act with integrity,” Radiarta said.

The induction program also featured senior leaders from all top-level units within the ministry, offering insights into the ministry’s structure and operations.
“We aim to ensure that new civil servants at KKP develop strong character, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering innovations that benefit the organization and the public,” Radiarta said.
