"Just relax, for I feel everything is going well for me," Suyanto said.Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Several ministers have said they were undisturbed by the issue of a cabinet reshuffle and they remained focused on their tasks.
Coordinating Minister for People`s Welfare Agung Laksono said on Monday he was concentrating on his tasks as usual without being disturbed by the issue of a cabinet reshuffle.
Speaking at the presidential office, Agung who is concurrently Golkar Party deputy chairman said so long as Golkar`s political contract with President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono in the coalition was not revoked, he would continue to do his tasks as usual.
"The coalition question , I think, is that, so long as the contract between Golkar and President Yudhoyono still stands, , I will continue to do my tasks as usual," Agung said.
Agung reiterated he was undeterred by the issue of a cabinet reshuffle, and he was not having any communication problem with President Yudhoyono and other ministers.
He said President Yudhoyono had also not specifically given a directive to remain doing his tasks without being disturbed by the cabinet reshuffle issue.
Similarly, Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Djoko Suyanto said h the issue of a cabinet reshuffle was not disturbing his and other cabinet ministers` concentration in carrying out their tasks.
"Just relax, for I feel everything is going well for me," Djoko said.
President Yudhoyono on Monday chaired an unscheduled internal meeting at his office with Djoko Suyanto, Agung Laksono, Economic Minister Hatta Rajasa, State Minister National Development Planning Board/National Development Planning Board Chairman Armida Alisjahbana, Trade Minister Mari Elka Pangestu, Foreign Affairs Minister Marty Natalegawa, and Justice and Human Rights Minister Patrialis Akbar.
Later, Agung and Djoko said the internal meeting was held to discuss efforts of poverty eradication by among others providing the impoverished people with the most inexpensive housing, electricity, and water facility.
