Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Police have discovered someone known by his initials as RA as the one that had supplied money to former tax officer Gayus Tambunan, already jailed for tax corruption.

"Based upon the results of investigation of witnesses and into the data police found flows of funds from someone to Gayus from which we then started investigating the bribery case. Then we found RA as the one that had bribed Gayus," National Police Chief General Timur Pradopo said here on Friday after a meeting on tax corruption eradication at the office of Vice President Boediono.

He said the police would combine the dossiers of the bribery case with those of the cases of gratification and money laundering found before.

"We will combine the dossiers of the case with those of gratification and money laundering so that when it is processed in the court later the reversal of burden of proof could be used for it," he said.

Timur said the dossiers could be submitted to the prosecutor`s office soon.

With regard to the case of Gayus`s release from the police detention, Timur said it would immediately be taken to court.

On passport forgery involving AF linked to Gayus and also the case of SAT with Gayus`s superior SI as suspect, the police chief said it was still being investigated by the prosecutor`s office.

"The case of judicial fraud conspiracy involving prosecutor C is also still being investigated by the prosecutor`s office," he said.

Attorney General Basrief Arief meanwhile said with regard to the case of sentencing demand document forgery by prosecutors CN and KP he hoped investigating prosecutors could immediately complete the case papers.

Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Djoko Suyanto meanwhile said that the process of the case of passport forgery at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights had already finished.

"There has been no further process at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights as it has already been finished," he said.
