We had a good financial system report and almost all regions remains in conducive situations."Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Indonesian Defense Force Commander General Moeldoko has targeted to reach 40 to 42 percent of Minimum Essential Force (MEF) during Strategic I plan in 2014.
