The boat, carrying 27 people, capsized off Kwadeware Kampong, Waibu sub-district, Papua. Twenty-three people survived and four died in the accident, Senior Commissioner Pudjo, spokesman for the Papua police, said here on Monday.
Most of the boats passengers were members of GIDI Churchs congregation.
