W Bandung, W Java (ANTARA News)- State Enterprises Minister Rini Soemarno on Wednesday visited Walini plantation here, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the State Enterprises (BUMN).

The minister took a train from Gambir Railway Station in Central Jakarta, and arrived in Maswati station in Cikalongwetan, West Bandung at 8 a.m. local time.

"We from the State Enterprises Ministry are celebrating the BUMN anniversary. Currently are constructing a rapid train which is expected to be useful for the people here," Minister Rini Soemarno upon her arrival in Maswati station.

The rapid train will pass Walini plantation owned by PT Nusantara Plantation (PTPN VIII), which is a state owned plantation company.

The minister and her entourage comprising president directors of BUMN visited an integrated community health post (Posyandu) and a labor-intensive (cash for work) program in West Bandung.
