"The 2025-2029 RPJMN is very strategic. If we can show good things and how to do it, the achievement of Golden Indonesia 2045 will be more rational for all," he remarked during the meeting on the drafting technocratic design of the 2025-2029 RPJMN in Yogyakarta, as noted in a statement received here on Wednesday.
The Golden Indonesia 2045 is a vision to make Indonesia's per capita income reach US$30,300, with zero poverty and reduced inequality as well as a Human Development Index of 0.73.
By 2045, Indonesia also aims to be in the top 15 of the Global Power Index and to have significantly reduced greenhouse gas emissions towards net zero emissions.
To support the goal, the government is preparing the 2025-2029 RPJMN, as a science-based policy approach and a scientific framework.

"The policy formulation uses the Bappenas' style. Data and numbers submitted must have a strong argument that can be proven," Monoarfa remarked.
He explained that all working groups for the 2025-2029 RPJMN drafting have prepared materials that will be disseminated to the General Elections Commission (KPU), political parties, and presidential and vice presidential candidates.
"We are at the stage of translating the 2025-2045 National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN) that contains 20 super-priority efforts for 2025-2029," Bappenas' Deputy of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Development Control and chair of the 2025-2029 RPJMN drafting team, Erwin Dimas, remarked.
Bappenas also collaborates with the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) to strengthen staff capacity and with the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) for evidence-based research results and learning good practices from various countries.
