According to information accessed from the Ministry of State Secretariat's website jdih.setneg.go.id, the regulations include those governing the seven coordinating ministries, Transmigration Ministry, Forestry Ministry, National Economic Council, and Acceleration of Poverty Alleviation Agency.
All the regulations were signed by the head of state on Tuesday and were promulgated by State Secretariat Minister Prasetyo Hadi the same day.
The regulations, whose copies are available for download on the ministry's website, pertain to the positions, tasks, functions, and organizational structures of ministries and other state institutions.
The Red and White Cabinet of President Prabowo and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming has 48 ministries, seven of which are coordinating ministries.
Presidential Regulation No. 139 of 2024 regarding the tasks and functions of state ministries in the Red and White Cabinet for the 2024–2029 period mandates the seven coordinating ministries to coordinate the work of several ministries, agencies, and other state institutions.
