They are among 14 companies that have registered to go public.
“As of June 20, 2025, 14 companies are in the IPO pipeline, with total projected proceeds amounting to Rp7.01 trillion,” I Gede Nyoman Yetna, director of corporate valuation at PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), said on Monday.
Of the 14, eight are categorized as large-asset companies (assets above Rp250 billion), five are medium-sized (Rp50 billion–Rp250 billion), and one is a small-asset firm (under Rp50 billion).
The companies represent various sectors: finance (3), transportation and logistics (3), basic materials (2), consumer staples (2), consumer discretionary (1), healthcare (2), and energy (1).
According to investment platform Stockbit, one of the eight large-asset companies is PT Chandra Daya Investasi, the investment arm of petrochemical giant PT Chandra Asri Pacific.
In addition, the BEI reported robust activity in the debt market, with 58 issuances of debt and Sukuk securities (EBUS) by 36 issuers raising Rp73.39 trillion as of June 20.
In addition, four listed companies have completed rights issues totaling Rp860 billion, while another four are in the pipeline for similar capital-raising actions.
