"The objective of UKP4 reports is that presidential instructions to each related ministry can be implemented. Therefore what has been reported by the UKP4 will certainly be the president`s consideration," Julian said.
He said that although the performance of several ministries had yet to run optimally, it would be accelerated by the UKP4 report in the coming months.
Julian explained that the option of reshuffle cabinet was the prerogative right of the present and that the head of state has his own consideration about the matter.
"Anything can happen anytime, and I am unable to convey such a view because it is absolutely the right of the president," Julian said.
