“With more modern facilities and parking areas, Soekarno-Hatta Airport aims to offer a safer, more organized, and more informative parking experience,” said Dwi Ananda Wicaksana, general manager of the company’s Tangerang branch office, on Saturday.
Several new features have been added to the parking area, including directional signs and LED indicators for vehicle navigation, LED route guidance displays, and running text boards to provide real-time information for drivers.
Additionally, the pillars in the parking area will be decorated with batik patterns, showcasing Indonesia’s cultural heritage.
Soekarno-Hatta Airport also implemented revised parking rates earlier this month.
“The rate adjustment is intended to support ongoing improvements in parking facilities and services for all users,” Wicaksana said.
The airport also plans to install new Epsilon-type parking dispensers and repair other supporting facilities so that the parking system becomes faster and more practical to use.
Wicaksana emphasized that these enhancements are part of a continuous effort to improve service quality.
“We aim to provide security and comfort for all parking users. The rate adjustments are expected to align with service improvements that the public can feel directly,” he added.
