The two awards received by Sinar Mas are Cityscape Awards in Dubai and Cityscape Awards in Lao-PDR.
Cityscape is an award dedicated to developers and international architects who express their futuristic visions and ideas in the form of culturally integrated cities for the urban communities. The assessments of the award are made in several criteria such as context, design, sustainability, management and the fulfillment of the clients needs.
"After the presentation and judging on September 20, 2014, Sinar Mas Land Plaza was awarded the Cityscape Award in the Commercial Project category," Chandra said.
The ASEAN Energy Award is an event followed by developers in all ASEAN member countries. The main part of this prestigious regional event was held during the 32nd ASEAN Ministers of Energy Meeting (AMEM) in Vientiane, Lao PDR, on September 23, 2014.
Here too, Sinar Mas Land Plaza won the ASEAN Green Building Award Category in the subcategory of Large Buildings.
